Bloodwork

  • CBC (complete blood count), white blood cell count, hemoglobin and MCHC, hematocrit, and platelets.
  • Chemistry blood serum profile (liver values, kidney values, glucose, cholesterol and blood proteins).
  • In-house ionized calcium level and electrolytes

Urinalysis

  • Urinalysis is important for detecting diseases of other organ systems, as well as metabolic disorders such as diabetes, and it may be used to evaluate the health of your pet’s kidneys and urinary system.

  • A fine needle aspirate of lymph nodes and some tumors can be performed and evaluated on site. We have the capability to have cytology slides read out quickly from state-of-the-art images taken by our in-house analyzer.
