Get to know our founding team!

Dr. Carolyn Gross, the “Care” and Dr. Jennifer Lansdowne, the “Fur” in CareFur, have combined over 30 years of experience as veterinarians and have been colleagues for almost ten years. They quickly realized they worked well together as intelligent, compassionate, action-oriented, results-oriented veterinarians. They are blessed to work with local specialty internal medicine and surgery teams and have helped train hundreds of young veterinarians and support staff. They love nothing more than seeing a competent team use all of their skills and compassion to help people and their pets.

Drs. Gross and Lansdowne came together to form CareFur Veterinarians, LLC, and strive to create the absolute best veterinary wellness and preventative care environment. Their workplace goal is for staff to flourish and prosper while maintaining the extreme compassion inherent in anyone entering the veterinary profession. They know that a highly motivated, medically competent, and empowered team should be taking care of any animal family member.

You will likely not see Dr. Gross and Lansdowne in any appointments, but the doctors treating your pet are supported by the medical standards set by internal medicine and veterinary surgery specialists. We are honored to care for the pets in our community, and we look forward to seeing you and your fur family!
